Planning & Research Associate

The Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership BID, formed in 2006, is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to enhance the area's reputation as one of New York's most vital and exciting neighborhoods. This is accomplished by maintaining a clean and safe environment for the district's businesses, residents, and visitors; by spearheading area improvement projects; and by marketing the diverse business and retail options in this vibrant and historic neighborhood. 

The BID is seeking a highly-motivated individual interested in urban planning, public space and streetscape management, economic development, and data analysis to bring their passion and technical chops to advance the BID's work. The Planning & Research Associate works on a diverse set of program and initiatives related to the BID's operations, planning, public improvements, sanitation, and public safety programs, and is responsible for carrying out research and economic data reporting for the BID.
