ABOUT THIS CLASS
This curated version of our 45-minute Strength class focuses on using your bodyweight and your best form in a given amount of time to work each muscle group to fatigue before moving on to the next. At different points in class, you’ll burst into Tabata-style HIIT sessions to elevate your heart rate and leave you feeling exhilarated, accomplished, and strong. Shoes Required.

Uplift is a women-only fitness studio (encompassing signature group fitness formats and specialized personal training), as well as a female society grounded in our unique social community. In everything we do, we are devoted to the power of "US": strong women who inspire and connect with each other. Uplift’s mission is to empower women in all aspects of their lives, in physical fitness/wellness and beyond. .

*All participants must fill out and sign the release and waiver in order to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the release and waiver.
