Minerva Cuevas at the Mishkin Gallery

The Mishkin Gallery at Baruch presents Disidencia, a solo exhibition by artist Minerva Cuevas and curated by Gabriel Bogossian and Solange Farkas. The exhibition opens on Thursday, August 29, 6 to 8 pm, and will be on view through to November 1, 2019.

For her first solo exhibition in New York, artist Minerva Cuevas presents a body of video work that makes concise connections between the consequences of dominant economic ideologies and urgent, global ecological and social issues.

The Mishkin Gallery is located on the ground floor of Baruch's Administrative Center at 135 East 22nd Street, between Lexington Avenue and Third Avenue. The exhibition is free, and the gallery is open to the public beginning August 29 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
