2014 Flatiron BID Community Survey Results

For the eighth consecutive year, the Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership (BID) conducted a Community Survey to gather feedback about the district and the BID’s services from local stakeholders. Between September 10th and November 7th, 346 people responded to the survey that was available on the BID’s website. Of these respondents, 273 either lived or worked in the BID.

The community survey provides valuable feedback on the BID’s performance, as well as informing the BID staff about new initiatives or programs that the public would like to see. When asked about the overall job the BID is doing, 93.3% of respondents approved or strongly approved. 89.8% of respondents thought the Clean Streets program was good or excellent and 85.7% thought the same of the Public Improvement program. Marketing and Public Safety received an 84.4% and 71.3% approval rating, respectively.
