New Neighbor: ReViVer
ReViVer, a fast-casual restaurant featuring nutritionally balanced cuisine, is the latest restaurant to open on Park Avenue South in the Flatiron District. This is ReViVer’s second outpost in New York City after opening their first location near Columbus Circle in 2014.
Led by Chef Scott Leibfried, the restaurant’s menu specializes in healthy food that is backed by nutritional science. Using data from nutritionists around the country, each menu item is assigned a "ReViVer Score" for nutrient density. The "ReViVer Score" is based on ten key nutrients, which represent a broad range of nutrient types and functions, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, electrolytes, and essential fatty acids.
Menu items like Carolina BBQ Chicken with baby kale and red quinoa, Moroccan Grilled Tofu, and Mahi Curry with brown basmati rice are packed with nutrition whether you are looking for a lighter meal or something to power you through a workout. In addition to their signature hot meal plates, diners can also choose from ReViVer's wide range of sandwiches, tacos, salads, and soups.
Hours are currently Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; weekend hours will be added later this month.
