New Neighbor: CAVA

Get ready for a new flavor on Park Avenue South! The Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership is excited to welcome CAVA to the northeast end of the district. Started by three childhood friends, CAVA celebrates the flavors of their families’ traditional Greek and Mediterranean cooking in a casual modern setting.

The philosophy behind CAVA is simple: healthful eating should always be vibrant, filling, and fulfilling, too. That’s why they craft their Mediterranean-inspired bowls, salads, and pitas with locally sourced, delicious ingredients.

“After introducing CAVA to New York City in the historic Union Square neighborhood, we are thrilled to open our second location in the similarly iconic Flatiron district. CAVA is looking forward to adding to the increasing number of exciting food options for workers and residents alike, ” added CEO, Brett Schulman.

Ted Xenohristos, Ike Grigoropoulos, and Executive Chef Dimitri Moshovitis created CAVA to bring modern, authentic, and vibrant Mediterranean food to a national audience using ingredients made from scratch in-house every day making it easier and effortless to eat well and enjoy great food.

CAVA offers a customizable menu of over 50 ingredients like their signature Crazy Feta, Border Springs Spicy Lamb Meatballs, and Cauliflower Quinoa Tabbouleh as well as creative rotating seasonal offerings of juices, soups, and roasted vegetables. Committed to working with best in class food partners including local farmers and artisan producers, CAVA adds an additional delicious and healthy option to the Flatiron's fast-casual landscape.

CAVA, 325 Park Avenue South. Hours are daily, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
