Get Fit in Flatiron with Wellness Wednesday Classes: June 19 - August 7

Join us for eight weeks of free fitness classes under the Flatiron Building! Classes will be held from Wednesday, June 19th to Wednesday, August 7th from 6 pm to 7 pm on the Flatiron South Public Plaza.

Frequently referred to as "The Fit District," Flatiron's Wellness Wednesday series is designed to bring some of the city's most popular studios to you!  Instructors will come from various studios including Exhale Spa, Uplift Studios, Bode NYC, DanceBody, Dharma Yoga, Broadway Bodies, Iconoclast and New York Health & Racquet Club.

Whether you are a yogi, a strength training fanatic, or dancing newbie, there is a spot for you at Wellness Wednesday.

Break a sweat, pulse deeper, and burn more. All in one intense efficient, barre-meets-cardio hour. Spend half the class on your mat as you move through rapid cardio intervals. Then hit the barre for muscle-defining micro-moves.

A dynamic fitness program including Latin rhythms, easy-to-follow moves, sculpting, and resistance training. This dynamic dance fitness program includes Caribbean and Latin rhythms.
