Hungry Hungry Hippos with Hippo Ballerina

Look who just popped up in the Flatiron South Public Plaza: Hippo Ballerina!

Hippo Ballerina (who we at the Partnership have affectionately, and unofficially, nicknamed Henrietta) is an NYC DOT Art public art installation created by artist Bjørn Okholm Skaarup.

To welcome the lovely Henrietta to the Flatiron district, and soak in the final day before NYC Public Schools are back in session, we have a little fun in store for everyone. Stop by the Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership tent to play Hungry Hungry Hippos, take a photo in a tutu, and color your own hippo ballerina.
