The Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership presents eight weeks of outdoor fitness classes in collaboration with local studios and gyms.

SLT is a class for all fitness levels that ties together cardio, strength training and the most challenging elements of Pilates. Our workout activates slow-twitch fibers through slow-paced, fat burning movements that lead to long, lean muscle development.

This small group class will be hosted at the Mondrian Hotel's rooftop terrace. This premium class offering requires a donation of $10 per person. 100% of the donation amount will be directed to the gym. Space is limited.   • Sign the release and waiver. All participants must fill out and sign the release and waiver in order to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign. To save time, please sign our electronic waiver prior to class. If you do not, you will be required to submit one on site before you can participate.
  • Mask Policy: In accordance with NYS guidelines, we ask that you wear a mask if you are unvaccinated and unable to maintain 6 feet of distance from other attendees. For vaccinated attendees, masks are welcome, but not required.
  • Donation Refund Policy: Due to limited class size, please submit cancellation and refund requests at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to try to fill the spot. You may cancel by emailing info@flatirondistrict.nyc. Subject line "Refund Request”. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the class will not be refunded and will be donated to the studio.
