The Flatiron Fitness Series is BACK with eight weeks of outdoor, in-person fitness classes. Work out with us on rooftop hotel terraces Tuesday mornings at 8 am and Flatiron's signature “Wellness Wednesday” evening classes in the Public Plazas at 6 pm.

The fitness industry was heavily impacted by the pandemic. In an effort to support Flatiron's fitness studios and gyms, all fitness classes will collect donations. For classes hosted in the Flatiron Public Plazas, donations are not required to participate, but they are very much appreciated. For premium rooftop classes hosted at hotel terraces, a donation of $10 per person is required due to limited class size. 100% of donation amounts will be directed to fitness studio and gym partners.

This one-hour Yin Yoga class is a gentle approach to yoga asanas. The instructor will begin with 55 minutes of Yin Yoga and unwind with a 5 minute Nidra meditation. The Yin portion of class is accompanied by soft music. Props may be used to help support your body and allow it to open, release and recover on a deeper level. The Nidra portion is designed to build on your already relaxed state and takes you somewhere between being awake and asleep.

Y7 Studio: WeFlowHard® Vinyasa
Wednesday, August 4th at 6 pm

Open to all levels, WeFlowHard® Vinyasa is Y7’s signature class designed to help take your practice to the next level. The instructor will guide you through vinyasa sequences, each repeated 3 times. The 1st time through the sequence, the instructor will break down the alignment in each posture. The 2nd time through, you will repeat the same sequence, speeding things up to link one-breath to one-movement. Finally, you will have the opportunity to take that sequence on your own during our signature “Flow On Your Own” portion of class. This is where the sequence becomes yours. Add in challenges, try modifications, or take out any postures that don't serve you. Classes are paced to the beat of the music to drive the breath, with tracks from varied artists and genres. We flow together, we flow hard.
