Super Bowl Sunday Events in Flatiron

Skip the hassle of hosting a Super Bowl party and enjoy Super Bowl Sunday in the Flatiron District, where some great food and drink deals await!

40/40 Club, 6 West 25th Street, corner of Broadway, (212) 832-4040.

The 40/40 Club has a variety of table packages available for groups of 4, 6, 8, or 10, priced at $200 per person. Each package includes chips & salsa, buckets of beer, food platters, and at least one bottle of liquor. Reservations for stadium seating and VIP rooms are also available. 

Belgian Beer Cafe, 220 Fifth Avenue, corner of 26th Street, (212) 575-2337.

Belgian Beer Cafe will roll out a limited menu on game day with items such as pigs in a blanket, Flemish frites, and kriek meatballs. If you're feeling confident, predict the game's winner at halftime to for the chance to win a free draft beer. 

Blue Smoke, 116 East 27th Street, between Park Avenue South and Lexington Avenue, (212) 447-7733.

Barbecue joint Blue Smoke offers small and large group catering packages that can serve up to 25. Load up on favorites like baby back ribs, pulled pork shoulder and 7 pepper rubbed brisket with sides that include collard greens, macaroni & cheese and cornbread. Blue Smoke will also be showing the game in both restaurant locations.

Enjoy the Super Bowl with some tacos and cerveza at Cafe El Presidente, which will show the game over their big-screen TVs.

La Birreria, Eataly's rooftop beer garden and restaurant, has two game day specials - a prime rib panini and chicken wings with gorgonzola and amatriciana sauce. Tables are available for reservation, or you can watch the game at the bar with a glass of craft beer. Eataly also has a pre-order menu so fans can pick up their food on Sunday, but call soon because today (Wednesday, January 28th) is the last day to order!

The Globe has happy hour pricing during the Super Bowl, which includes a dollar off all draft beer and $6 house drinks.

Hill Country Barbecue, 30 West 26th Street, between Broadway and Sixth Avenue, (212) 255-4544.

Hill Country has a host of Super Sunday deals for pick-up or in-house dining. Packages are available for build your own sandwiches or tacos made with pit-smoked beef shanks. For a group of four the package is $85, and for a group of 10 it is $190. Some of the dine-in drink specials include $10 pitchers of Coors, $4 Jameson, and $3 PBR, Miller Lite, or Coors Light. The Barnstorm will play live music from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

For the Big Game, Num Pang offers a 3-foot banh mi sandwich, which can serve 10-12 people. The sandwich comes with a side of spicy Cambodian slaw for $125. If that's not enough, you can add on 20 wings for $14 or a six-pack of 40-ounce beers for $40.

Watch the game on Pranna's 150 inch projector TV and take advantage of their happy hour specials from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. that includ $4 draft beers, $6 wine selections, and $5 appetizers.

Shorty's Authentic Philly Steaks and Sandwiches, 66 Madison Avenue, between 27th and 28th Streets, (212) 725-3900.

Shorty's will serve up specially-priced $12 pitchers of Coors Lite and their own Shorty's Amber Ale.
