2015 Flatiron BID Community Survey Results

For the ninth consecutive year, the Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership (BID) conducted a Community Survey to gather feedback about the district and the BID’s services from local stakeholders. Between September 29th and November 16th, 191 people responded to the survey that was available on the BID’s website. Of these respondents, 153 identified as BID members.

The community survey provides valuable feedback on the BID’s performance, as well as informing the BID staff about new initiatives or programs that the public would like to see. When asked about the overall job the BID is doing, 94.0% of respondents approved or strongly approved. 89.6% of respondents thought the Clean Streets program was good or excellent and 84.8% thought the same of the Public Improvement program. Marketing and Public Safety received an 87.4% and 71.4% approval rating, respectively.
