Flatiron District Super Bowl Guide

Whether you are rooting for the Patriots or Falcons in Super Bowl 51, you will want to enjoy the game with the perfect food, drinks, and company. To help you plan for Sunday’s big game the Flatiron BID has put together a list of local dining options and events for this year’s Super Bowl, taking place on Sunday, February 5th. Please contact restaurants directly for more information.

230 FIFTH, 230 Fifth Avenue, corner of 27th Street, (212) 725-4300.

Join 230 FIFTH for their annual Super Bowl Party! Watch the game on large projector screens, while you enjoy a beer and wine open bar from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and a buffet from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Advance tickets are $50 per person, $60 at the door.

40/40 Club, 6 West 25th Street, corner of Broadway, (212) 832-4040.

In addition to a $75 open bar from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., the 40/40 Club also has a variety of table packages available for groups of 4, 6, 8, 10, or 20. Group packages start at $450 and include buckets of beer, food platters, and at least one bottle of liquor. The 40/40 Club is also taking reservations for stadium seating and VIP rooms.

Belgian Beer Café will be offering its happy hour specials all day this Sunday for the big game. Happy hour specials include $1 oysters, $6 well drinks, and $2 off draft beers.

Spice up your Super Bowl party with Blue Smoke’s signature wings. Choose from Blue Smoke’s Smoked Alabama White Wings or Red Clay Hot Wings. 40 wings for $50 or 100 wings for $100.

Dos Caminos has everything you need for a memorable Super Bowl party. The Game Time Party Box includes guacamole & tortilla chips, Cholula Hot Wings, Loaded Smoked Chicken Nachos, Chipotle BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Prickly Pear Margarita Mix. The Game Time Party Box is $175 and serves 10 people. Available for take-out or delivery.

Just because you will be watching American football doesn’t mean you can’t snack Italian style! Eataly’s salumi and formaggi platters are curated by expert mongers and feature a selection of cheeses and cured meats, accompanied by bread, breadsticks, fruit, mostrada, and olives. Platters feed between 10-15 and start at $80. Orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 4th.

Join Hill Country for the Super Bowl, or let them bring their delicious Texas BBQ to you with packages available for take-out, pick-up, or delivery. Choose from a variety of delicious sliders, chips & dips, and chili rubbed wings. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Stay home for the big game and let Oxido cater your Super Bowl party. Oxido’s wide array of catering packages can serve up to 10 people and range from $90 to $150. The classic, El Jefe combo package includes everything you need to make your own tacos including your choices of entrees, two proteins, rice & beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, chips, and your choice of two salsas.

Join the PIT for Super Bowl Sunday, where they be offering happy hour prices the entire night for all drinks plus free pizza, chips, and salsa for all patrons. The PIT will also be hosting a free potluck during the game where attendees can bring a dish to share.

With over 40 HDTV’s and a 13-foot jumbotron, Slate is the perfect place for you and your friends to catch the big game. Slate is also offering special VIP packages that include beer, liquor, and wing platters. VIP packages range from $350 to $1000.

Society Billiards is now taking reservations to book tables to watch this year’s Super Bowl. You can even pre-order beer buckets and food platters so that your food and drinks are waiting for you upon arrival.

Tres Carnes is currently offering 20% of all Super Bowl catering orders. Catering packages include a taco bar with your choice of two smoked meats, yellow or green rice, pinto or blackeyed-black beans, pico, salsas, pickled onions, radishes, cotija cheese, and crema.
