Use 311 for Information about Presidents' Day

Did you know that in observance of Presidents' Day, courts and government offices, including the Department of Motor Vehicles, are closed on Monday, February 15? More information about Presidents' Day can be found via 311, New York City's main source of government information and non-emergency services.

For your convenience, 311 is also available as a mobile app. The NYC 311 App is available for free for iPhone, iPad, and Android operating systems. You can use it to check if garbage, recycling, and organics collections have been delayed due to snow; receive alerts from Notify NYC, the City's official source for information about emergency events and important City services; receive snowstorm updates from NYC Severe Weather; or file a complaint regarding heat or hot water.
