Pedestrian Counts of Flatiron Plazas
The Partnership began measuring pedestrian counts in the Flatiron Public Plazas in November 2019. The anonymized counting system includes three cameras that provide 24/7 data on the number of people passing through the North and South Plaza.
Community Survey
Once a year, community members fill out a survey rating the district and the Partnership's performance.
The survey is distributed to street-level businesses and made available through a link on our website.

Before the Clean Streets Program started, to establish and evaluate where problems might be most acute, the Partnership utilized a technology called ComNET (Computerized Neighborhood Environment Tracking). This comprehensive assessment allowed the Partnership to document exactly where graffiti, litter and conditions such as "ponding" were most prevalent.
In May 2011, the data was updated in order to compare conditions after five years of our services.
