2016 Flatiron Thanksgiving Dining Guide

Looking for a hassle-free way to spend your Thanksgiving? Let these Flatiron District restaurants do the cooking for you!

A delicious and convenient Thanksgiving dinner is available like never before in the Flatiron District. Below is a list of restaurants located in the Flatiron District offering seated dinners and take-out specials. Please contact restaurants individually for reservations and more information.

Almond, 12 East 22nd Street, between Fifth Avenue and Park Avenue South, (212) 228-7557.

Almond will prepare your turkey, sides, apps and dessert, with super easy heating and cooking directions to go along. Some of the menu items available include pasture raised turkey, roast Brussels sprouts with pancetta, rosemary glazed potatoes, apple crumb pie, and so much more! Serves 8-12 guests for $600.

230 FIFTH, 230 Fifth Avenue, corner of 27th Street, (212) 725-4300.

230 FIFTH will serve a Thanksgiving Day Buffet from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The buffet will include a turkey carving station plus all of your favorite Thanksgiving sides and desserts. Dinner is $52 for adults and $30 for children.

Black Barn, 19 East 26th Street, between Fifth and Madison Avenues, (212) 265-5959.

Black Barn will be serving an artisanal three-course dinner from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Featured menu items will include fried curried Bluepoint oysters, roast turkey breast and braised thigh, maple glazed sweet potatoes, and butterscotch bread pudding. Dinner is $85 for adults and $35 for children under 12.

BLT Prime, 111 East 22nd Street, between Lexington and Park Avenues, (212) 228-7557.

Steak lovers in your family? Look no further than BLT Prime, offering dry-aged roasted prime rib, roasted turkey, and arctic char for Thanksgiving main courses. Dinner is $75 for adults, and $40 for children under 12.

The Churchill Tavern, 45 East 28th Street, between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue, (646) 476-8419.

The Churchill Tavern is now taking reservations for Thanksgiving dinners. For Thanksgiving, The Churchill will be serving an a la carte menu, including family favorites like roast Vermont turkey with giblet gravy, rack of lamb with mint sauce, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, and carrot and parsnip puree. The Churchill will be open during regular hours on Thanksgiving.

Eataly, 200 Fifth Avenue, between 23rd and 24th Streets, (646) 398-5110.

Eataly is now taking orders for all-natural, humanely-raised heritage turkeys from their local, family-run farms. Birds are carefully sourced from Arcadian Pastures in Upstate New York and Zimmerman Farms in Pennsylvania. Pre-order one of these sustainable turkeys by Sunday, November 20. Then, complete your Thanksgiving meal by shopping Eataly’s selection of condiments, house-made sides like beets & walnuts and roasted Brussels sprouts, and wines

Eleven Madison Park, 11 Madison Avenue, between 24th and 25th Streets, (212) 229-0905.

Eleven Madison Park will be serving Chef Daniel’s inventive take on Thanksgiving, a 4-course menu for $245 per person (add $135 for wine pairing). The menu includes dishes such as chicken velouté with black truffles, and roasted turkey with caramelized apple and chestnut stuffing.

Harding’s, 32 East 21st Street, between Broadway and Park Avenue South, (212) 600-2105.

Celebrate your Thanksgiving holiday the all-American way with Harding’s traditional menu. Enjoy a 3-course prix fixe menu featuring items like slow roasted turkey, roasted butternut squash soup, and a Mississippi mud cake. Dinner is $59 for adults and $29 for children, and will be served from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Hill Country Barbecue Market, 30 West 26th Street, between Broadway and Sixth Avenue, (212) 255-4544.

Hill Country Barbecue Market will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., serving a prix fixe menu. Dinner is $49 per person for adults, and $25 for children 10 years and under. Thanksgiving menu items are also available for pre-order, including a whole pit-smoked turkey, collard greens, and bourbon pecan pies, among other delicious options. Be sure to place your order by Sunday, November 20th.

Hill Country Chicken, 1123 Broadway, corner of West 25th Street, (212) 257-6446.

Thanksgiving pies are available for pre-order from Hill Country Chicken. Made-from-scratch and baked fresh to order, Thanksgiving pies are $3.50 for individual pie cups, and sold at market price for 11” whole pies. The pie menu includes classic pumpkin, banana cream, bourbon pecan, apple streusel, and double cherry. Please allow 48 hours advance notice for all pie orders.

ilili, 236 Fifth Avenue, between 27th and 28th Streets, (212) 683-2929.

Enjoy a Lebanese touch to an American Holiday! Feast on ilili’s inspired cuisine at the restaurant with their 4-course $68 prix fixe menu, or take the stress out of cooking at home with a fully prepared meal, including turkey, all the sides, and pie for $395 (feeds 8 guests and includes reheating instructions).  Make your reservations today and place your orders by Saturday, November 19.

La Pecora Bianca, 1133 Broadway, on the corner of 26th Street, (212) 498-9696.

Join La Pecora Bianca on Thursday, November 24 for a 4-course prix fixe menu for $70 per person (add $35 for wine pairing). Menu offerings include house-made pumpkin tortellini with butternut squash, roasted turkey with wild mushroom stuffing, and caramelized Brussels sprouts. Dinner will be served from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Maison Kayser Flatiron, 921 Broadway at 21st Street, (212) 979-1600.

Complement your Thanksgiving dinner with Maison Kayser’s elegant pastries, tarts, and breads available for pre-order. Holiday themed items include pumpkin éclairs, and a limited edition bread basket, featuring an assortment of mini breads within a home-baked bread basket. For tarts, order at least 72 hours in advance. Thanksgiving orders will be available for pick-up between November 21 and 24. Maison Kayser Flatiron will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sarabeth’s Park Avenue South, 381 Park Avenue South, corner of 27th Street, (212) 335-0093.

Sarabeth’s Park Avenue South will serve a 4-course dinner from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. This year’s dinner menu includes pan seared crab cakes, beet & apple salad, free range turkey with leek & sausage stuffing, and apple-cranberry crumble. $65 per person and $35 for children under 12.

The Smith NoMad, 1150 Broadway, at 27th Street, (212) 685-4500.

Enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal at the Smith with your family and friends. The 3-course menu features a turkey platter, and an array of Thanksgiving favorites to choose from. Dinner is $55 per person.
